Directs and controls all activities of OKSA Services Nigeria Limited in accordance with the policies, strategies, plans, targets and objectives laid down by the Board of Directors. Supervises the company’s set up and is responsible for appointing and defining the tasks for the different functions. Implements the general policy laid down by the company in respect of quality. The MD Supervises the corporate implementation of company’s systems and procedure as laid down in manuals and plans.
The Projects’ Manager is responsible to the Managing Director for all project activities within OSNL and will ensure that the company projects plans and related procedures and practices/programs are implemented and maintained. The Project Manager is responsible for all personnel on the project sites and leases with the HSE Manager and Site Safety Advisor to ensure safety of all personnel on site.
The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager shall be directly responsible to Managing Director ensuring that all company’s HSE plans,procedures and activities are carried out in accordance with contractual/company requirements, specifications, codes etc. and third party supporting documents. The HSE Manager collates information from the Safety Advisors from the sites and ensures they enforce company’s expectations.
